If remote access is used on your computer there will be no residual software from the remote session; you have the ability to disconnect the remote access anytime during the remote access session.

If you wish to file a dispute/ chargeback with your banker on non agreement terms we do suggest you to email us on concerns@geeks4it.com. In case you have not contacted us prior to filing a dispute/ chargeback we suggest you to please do contact us on our toll free number which is mentioned on our website.
MACCARE might ask you for your Credit card details in order to provide and activate the services you asked for. You hereby authorize MACCARE to charge on your Credit card for any unpaid charge for the services, equipment or software.
MACCARE holds the rights to terminate the services if it is found that you are using the services for any computer other than the registered computer/ you are doing any kind of fraudulent activities/ any unauthorized person is using the services.
If you provide any material to MACCARE like photographs, feedback, suggestions or if you post/upload any content, MACCARE will not claim the ownership of such material.
If you are posting any content you are stating that you reserve the copyright for the same. You know that general public will have access to the same.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold MACCARE, and its officers, directors, partners, agents, third party, subsidiaries from all damage and expense (including legal fees) incurred by MACCARE on account of any claim or lawsuit arising out of or related to your use of this site or material posted on this site under your Log-in details, whether or not authorized by you.
MACCARE Site terms will be interpreted and governed by the existing federal laws. In the event of any dispute or difference in connection with your use of the Site, we shall try to resolve the dispute. If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within 60 days, then either party may submit such dispute to mediation.
Taxes: Any price mentioned on Geeks4it website does not include any tax for any service; in future if any tax will be imposed by the government in that scenario user will be liable to pay for it during the purchase of services or any product.

BY USING, APPLYING FOR, OR PURCHASING THE SERVICES OR BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT BY CLICKING ON "I ACCEPT" BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT.YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THE TERMS AS PESENTED HEREIN.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ACCEPT OR PURCHASE THE SERVICES AND CLICK "DECLINE" BELOW. THE SERVICES ARE FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY. FAILURE TO USE THE SERVICES WITHIN THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD SHALL NOT BE GROUNDS FOR A REFUND OF ANY FEES PAID.
